CrossFit Cask Strength

CrossFit Cask Strength hosted each Friday, from Feb 16 through March 6th, the 2023, No-Bull CrossFit Open at CFCS located at 2100 Pennebaker Ave. Bardstown, KY.

CFCS athletes competed each Friday night in an annual, inclusive, FUN, international competition that officially kicks off the beginning of the CrossFit Games season to find the fittest man/woman on earth. Each of the three Fridays had a dress theme and Juanitos Food Truck was on site providing food.

The Open is a three-week international competition hosted by individual affiliates where anyone — regardless of fitness level or ability — can compete in the biggest participatory fitness competition in the world.
