Mits Air™ Side Discharge Cold Climate Heat Pump with Cased A-Coil
It is no question we have seen unprecedented interest in heat pump technology from Canadian homeowners. However, many interested homeowners are unsure how to integrate a heat pump with their existing furnaces. The Mits Air™ Side Discharge Cold Climate Heat Pump system is the perfect solution. It is designed to provide heating and cooling in Canadian climates for any home or small application, and is incredibly easy to incorporate by simply adding a Cased A-Coil on top of an existing furnace.
It has ultra quiet operation down to 55 dB(A) the same as a quiet conversation. It has capacity ranges from 12,000 to 60,000 btu/h while working at a SEER of up to 20.5. Mits Air™ systems use environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant. The heat pump’s easy to use while its energy efficient design reduces your costs and makes it an ideal choice for your home’s heating and cooling needs.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pumps at the Harmony Centre
We are proud to have completed this project at the Harmony Centre in Owen Sound. Harmony Centre is a local cultural centre with various spaces to support community organizations. In a move to make the centre “warmer, healthier and more financially sustainable”, 13 Mitsubishi Electric high-efficiency ductless heat pumps were installed. Where the “Harmony Centre typically used about 26,000 cubic meters of natural gas per year to heat the building…(the use of) heat pumps will eliminate 50 metric tonnes of greenhouse gases per year.”
