Rebecca Griffin is an Associate Professor and Hospitality Program Department Chair at Monroe Community College. Her responsibilities are to oversee the Hospitality program and the Culinary Arts program with concentrations in hotels, restaurants, events and tourism as well as teaching courses in Hospitality and Culinary.
