Last May, we launched our One Firm Onboarding Program, which designates two official start dates each month for new hires to begin their Rea journey. With new employees starting on the same day, regardless of their office location, our team is able to deliver a consistent onboarding curriculum, and a more streamlined and defined onboarding experience.
