Marketplace Seminar March 27th 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM

The Educational Seminar for Tourism Professionals on Monday, March 27, 2023 will cover topics that will help those new in the group travel industry navigate the how to's, as well as veterans who are looking for some new direction in these changing times. 

The morning session will cover the basics, preparing your property to accept groups, how to build a profile sheet, planning itineraries and finishing with a panel of tourism professionals for a Q & A session. 

After lunch, we will tackle the topics of marketing in this new environment, what are operators needing and what the trends are the group industry. You are guaranteed to come away with useful information that you can begin implementing immediately. 

There will be plenty of time to setup and hotel check-in afterwards, so we encourage you to register. (Note, you do not need to register for a Marketplace booth to attend the seminar. Choose Marketplace Seminar (no booth on the form). Cost is $75 to attend.

Networking Reception March 27th 5:30 PM- 7:00 PM

Join us for the Networking Reception, where we will celebrate PBA's 100th Anniversary and honor the 2022 Distinction Award Nominees with some light fare and libations:

• The Holiday Inn Morgantown and Southern Tier Brewing Company are coming together to do a Girl Scout cookie and beer pairing!
• Berks County Wine Trail, Chatty Monks Brewing Company and Reading Distilling Guild are confirmed to offer samplings. We have a few more pending from our host, Pennsylvania's American Region.

Exhibitor Move-In Hours:

Monday, March 27, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM

All exhibits must be completely installed by 8:00 AM on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Exhibitor Move-Out Hours:

Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM  

All equipment & exhibit materials must be completely removed from the show floor by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Note: All Carriers must check in at the dock or service desk two hours prior to FLOOR closing time or freight will be shipped via General Exposition Logistics.

• February 15, 2023 - Registration and Sponsorship opportunity deadline. (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• March 21, 2023 - Holiday Inn Morgantown hotel overnight room deadline. Don't forget to book your room!
