NEW for Registered Exhibitors!

For registered Exhibitors, a sub-set of the PBA Board of Directors are hosting an informational session on March 1, 2023 at 1:00PM EST. If you already registered for Marketplace, we sent you an invite. If you are not registered for Marketplace, once you register, you will receive the link to register for this session in your confirmation email. Our aim is for you to have a smooth and successful Marketplace experience! 

Some important deadlines are right around the corner!

• January 31, 2023 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
• February 15, 2023 - Registration and Sponsorship opportunity deadline. (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• March 21, 2023 - Holiday Inn Morgantown hotel overnight room deadline. Don't forget to book your room!

Raffle Drawing! In addition to the Exhibitor awarded door prizes by PBA, any company that registered and paid for their booth by October 15, 2022 qualified for a special raffle drawing of a $100 gift card!

If you are bringing a door prize for operators/tour planners, there is a section on the registration form to indicate that you will bring one and to provide a description.
