UPDATE: Due to impending weather conditions, Sunset Serenade will be hosted indoors, at the Charleston Music Hall! The concert will be first-come, first-seated. Lobby and concessions will be open at 7pm. Doors to the hall will open at 7:30pm.
Join us for Sunset Serenade – now at the Charleston Music Hall! This free concert launches the 2023 Piccolo Spoleto Festival featuring the Charleston Symphony under the direction of Artistic Director, Yuriy Bekker.
Featuring vocalist Alva Anderson and the College of Charleston Trumpet Ensemble, under the direction of our very own Antonio Marti, CSO Principal Trumpet.
The program will include popular and festive selections by John Williams, George Gershwin, Giuseppi Verdi, and more classical favorites.
