The Lincoln Heritage Council Popcorn Honor Society

This program recognizes our Scouts' tremendous efforts to sell BSA popcorn. Each week, we will share the Scouts with the ten highest sales throughout our council. At the end of the sale, the TOP 50 Scouts will receive a special mylar "May the POP be with you" patch.

Our final BLITZ weekend is here!

Who will be our lucky winner? The unit that sells the most White Cheddar popcorn from Friday, October 6 through October 8 will win a $200 Amazon gift card! The winner will be announced on our social media pages on Monday!  

3 Days Left for Returns

This year, units can return up to 25% of their inventory on or before Friday, October 6, 2023.  To confirm your inventory retail, log on to your unit leader portal. Click on Account Summary on the left-hand side of your screen, then select invoice statement. It will go to your downloads. Once the invoice is downloaded, open your invoice and look for your Grand Totals. The retail amount you see is what you will start with. For example, if you have $12,000 in retail, you would be able to return up to $3,000 worth of products in FULL cases.

Returns will be accepted during regular office hours (Monday- Friday) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m (ET). Returns can be arranged in advance outside these hours with Sarah Flowers at 502-400-5362 or sarah.flowers@scouting.org.

Upcoming Dates to Remember:

• Friday, October 6: Last day to return full cases of popcorn (25% of your total retail)
• October 7-9: Council White Cheddar Blitz weekend
• Wednesday, October 25: Take orders due
• November 10-11: Final distribution
• Friday, December 1: Payments due to council office.

Running Out of Product?

We want your Scouts to have the best sale and be successful. If you are running out of your inventory while at your storefront/s, call or text your District Executive or Sarah Flowers and we will do everything we can to get you more product either the same or next day! You can also email Sarah Flowers at sarah.flowers@scouting.org or Jessica Smith at jessica.smith2@scouting.org for same-day pick-up during the week, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (ET).
