Hi, riders!
Preparations are well underway for the 2023 Sourland Spectacular, scheduled for September 9 — as always, the Saturday after Labor Day. We’re keeping what you love most about the event while bringing some changes to improve the experience for everyone.
The most important change is the location of the event. Our headquarters for this year’s event will be at the Watershed Institute campus, at 31 Titus Mill Road in Pennington. This beautiful venue has plenty of convenient on-site parking and gives us access to some great cycling areas that we have not been able to include in our shorter routes in the past. The 2023 routes will be posted soon, so check this page.
Also, the change of venue might allow us to serve beer at lunch. We are in discussions with our insurance carriers and local breweries to see if we can make this work. We’ll keep you posted!
Please consider registering early — you’ll get the best possible price and help us with our planning.
Thanks for your past support for the Spectacular and the Sourland Conservancy. I look forward to seeing you all in September!
