We are excited to share that our overall tri-state participation rate for the Employee and Provider Experience Survey is at 56% completion. This is great news, but let’s not stop now! We are well on our way to our target goal of 75% participation.

If you have already submitted your feedback, THANK YOU! We appreciate your active engagement in this important communication process. This is an opportunity for us to understand our strengths and address areas for improvement, creating a better working environment for you!

If you haven’t yet taken the survey, please set aside the 10–15 minutes. It’s a quick and completely confidential process. You should have received an invite from UnitedHealth Group Surveys (uhgsurveys@feedback.uhg.com). If you are having difficulty locating your invite, please try entering the name or email address into your search bar and it should appear. The last day to complete is May 22.
