FALL 2023

Rocky Mountain BEST Hub - 8-week in-person competition with teams provided a robot kit to build a physical robot.

We continue to pursue venue options including Auraria Campus for Game Day. Tentative schedule in red below that shares Englewood HS with Front Range BEST.

DENVER BEST Regional Championship - planning to host qualifying teams from 9 BEST Hubs across 6 states- 16-17 December at Denver Coliseum

Fall Robotics Competition Registration NOW Open

Step 1 - Primary Teacher (aka teacher or mentor that registers School) uses their National BEST Registry account to register your school. Use the Registry graphic link below to log into your account OR to create an account if you do not have one. If a new account, select Rocky Mountain BEST as your hub.
Step 2 - Primary Teacher completes this step using Teacher Registration Instructions Link. Select the blue Register a School button on the "Schools" page. Select Rocky Mountain BEST as your hub. Find your prior School Profile by selecting your school from the popup list of prior schools. OR If you are registering a new school, CREATE NEW School with button at bottom of the list.
You’ll receive an email when your School Registration is approved.
Additional Teachers are associated with the registered school as Secondary or Assistant Teachers using Assistant Teacher Registry Instructions Link.
Mentors may sign up to be associated with the registered school by accessing your registry account or creating an account using the link below and then using Mentor Registration Instructions Link and Managing your Mentorship Instructions Link

FAVORITES: As you consider the 243 auction items, you may want to create a WATCH LIST of favorite items by clicking the HEART on the item.
EASY TO MANAGE YOUR BID: Use Proxy Bid to stay the top bidder! Enter a maximum bid amount and select Proxy Bid instead of Exact Bid. The system will enter your first bid as the current bid + the Minimum Bid Increment value. If another bidder bids more than your first bid, then the system will add the increment to their bid to keep you in the high bidder position. This automatic bidding will continue up to your maximum bid amount.
EXTENDED BIDDING: If an item receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction, the item end time will be extended to allow for 3 additional minutes of bidding. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window or the auction has been extended for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time. When an auction is extended, you'll see Extended Bidding messages displayed throughout the auction with a link for easily viewing all of the extended items.
NOTIFICATIONS: Automatic email notifications will keep you updated on bidding status.
PICKUP/SHIPPING/PAYMENT: Within each item description, Pickup/Shipping and Payment Instructions explain your options.
PAYMENT: Once you receive an invoice (it will continue to accumulate purchases until the auction end), purchaser / donor may:
