AFLAC OPEN ENROLLMENT

November 13th - December 1st

Benefit Effective Date: January 1, 2024

*Eligibility: Employees working 21+ hours a week and hired prior to October 31, 2023

As a reminder, enrollment is for those newly enrolling into the Cancer, Accident or Hospital Plan or if you wish to make changes/terminations to your current plan. If you are satisfied with your current plan, then everything remains as is and nothing needs to be done!

Aflac policies provide benefits for various medical treatments, giving employees money to use for everyday bills, copays, deductibles and simple things like groceries and it does not matter what your health insurance covers! Once again, this year more than ever before, it is important to review the Aflac benefits offered and make educated decisions for your families.

**New Hospital Plan

Accidents happen, which is why we have the accident policy to help with medical and out-of-pocket expenses that add up quickly after an injury, including treatment-related costs and everyday bills. This policy includes an accidental death benefit.

This policy would help you cope with the high out-of-pocket costs associated with a cancer diagnosis and has an optional rider for stroke, end-stage renal failure and sudden cardiac arrest.

This policy covers hospital stays and pays benefits for physician visits, lab tests, x-rays, diagnostic and imaging exams.
