DOORS OPEN MILWAUKEE --- Sat, Sept. 28, 10:00am-5:00pm --- Annunciation Church

Doors Open Milwaukee will include Annunciation again this year. Our Church Tour Committee will act as guides to members of the larger community of Milwaukee as they come to visit and learn more about our church. Our Baking Angels will have baked goods to sell also. This event is free of charge for all.

DIAPER DRIVE --- Sept. 1 – 29 --- Philoptochos is hosting a Diaper Drive benefiting families in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Your contributions are helping stock the United Way Diaper Bank. Diapers can be dropped off between September 1st and September 29th at the Cultural Center. See flyer for more details.

STRATEGIC PLANNING --- We thank our Vision Team Leads and Members for their work submitting, revising and finalizing their smart goals and action items. The Vision Team Leads met with Father, Victor, Steve, and Dimi on Wed, Sept. 18 to share and learn about the work of each respective team. A similar meeting with the Parish Council and the entire Strategic Planning Committee is scheduled for Mon, Sept. 30 to learn and understand how each growth opportunity would be addressed. The Special Parish Assembly to present & approve the Strategic Plan will be finalized in the next couple of days - October 6/20/27, 2024.

2024 STEWARDSHIP --- The 2024 Stewardship Pledge Form is available on our website and here https://tinyurl.com/annunciation-2024-pledge. The printed form is available in the Narthex & the Office. Stewardship and other donations can be made online at https://tinyurl.com/annunciation-give-now. As of Tuesday, September 17, 2024, we received 300 Stewardship Pledges totaling $384,382 (Received $285,932). By the end of 2023 we had 367 pledged households and, with your help, we can still exceed 350 Pledged Households and hopefully reach our stewardship goal of $500,000. Please submit your pledge now!!!
