CHRISTMAS CAROLING AT GREEK ORTHODOX MANOR --- Sat, Dec. 14, 12:00-12:30pm

The Youth of Annunciation will be visiting Greek Orthodox Manor to sing Christmas carols and bring festive joy to the residents. Refreshment to follow; see flyer for details.

CHRISTMAS PAGEANT & CONCERT --- Sun, Dec. 15 after Divine Liturgy

Tis the season! I am excited to coordinate this year’s Christmas Pageant & Concert on Sun, Dec. 15. The Christmas Pageant will be immediately after Divine Liturgy, & the Christmas Concert will be during the Coffee Social. Parents, please be on the lookout for an email with more information regarding the Pageant. The choir is excited to share Christmas carols & is also looking for parishioners (any age!) who would like to share their gifts of music, from piano duets to trombone solos; all are welcome! ATTENTION: ACCESS TO CHURCH --- Until further notice, we are only able to access the front of the Church via the newly poured stairs on the right-hand side of the entrance. Follow the ENTRANCE signs; there are seven steps & a handrail on the right side. There is NO ADA ramp access during this time.

SUNDAY SCHOOL – ST. NICHOLAS GIFT SERVICE PROJECT --- Sun, Dec. 8

Sunday School students are encouraged to participate in this year’s St. Nicholas Gift Service Project benefitting children & families at the Cathedral Center. See flyer for more details.

ATTENTION ALL KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS 3K-5K: This year we have experienced a blessing of increased student enrollment in our kindergarten classroom. To better meet the different developmental needs of our kindergarten students we will be separating the kindergarten classroom into two separate classrooms: 4K/5K and 3K (preschool pending securing volunteers). Currently, the kindergarten classroom will host 4K/5K students only. Currently, we are looking for volunteers to teach in the preschool classroom. To proceed with creating a 3K classroom, we will need 3 to 4 volunteer teachers and 2 substitute teachers for this age group. (This is based on student to teacher ratio appropriate for the developmental needs of the number of preschoolers that are enrolled). All teachers will need to complete a background check and youth safety training course (online). Until we secure teacher volunteers, we will be placing a hold on programming for 3K. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We truly want the best classroom environment for all our students. It is truly a blessing to have so many young students eager to attend Sunday School. We pray that you will consider volunteering in the preschool classroom. Please contact Kim or Patti if you wish to volunteer or have any questions. Thank you.

2024 STEWARDSHIP --- The 2024 Stewardship Pledge Form is available on our website and here https://tinyurl.com/annunciation-2024-pledge. The printed form is available in the Narthex & the Office. Stewardship and other donations can be made online at https://tinyurl.com/annunciation-give-now. As of Thu, Nov. 14^th, 2024, we received 317 Stewardship Pledges totaling $412,911.80 (Received $377,991.34). By the end of 2023 we had 367 pledged households, & with your help, we can still exceed 350 Pledged Households & hopefully reach our stewardship goal of $500,000. Please submit your pledge now!!!
