New York State has announced that the 2024-25 HEAP Regular Benefit will re-open on Saturday, January 25, 2025, based on additional program funding. New Yorkers can apply for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) online through ACCESS HRA, through the mail, or in person by visiting a HEAP office.
