ACTION REQUIRED - a note from Admissions
I hope your Christmas and New Year’s celebrations were filled with joy among family and friends. As we approach re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year, there are important reminders to consider. 

How do you need to respond for the 2024-2025 school year? Please read carefully and follow the steps below. 

All families must:

1. Complete & sign the Parental Consent & Agreement Form - Deadline January 31st 
With Continuous Enrollment, you do not have to re-apply each year, but we do require the yearly completion of the Parental Consent & Agreement Forms by January 31st.
Each Legal Guardian (parent) must sign the form every year. As per our Constitution and Bylaws, as approved by the Society, in order to vote, members must have signed and agree to KCS's Parent Consent and Agreement form for each school year. This form affirms each Member's commitment to KCS's Mission and Vision, Constitution and Bylaws, and current student handbook.

**Forms received after January 31st will be charged a late fee of $100 which will be added to their annual re-enrollment fee on February 1st.**

2 . Contact the Admissions Office as soon as possible IF:
  • You would like to add another child attending KCS. Applications will be available on our website on January 16th.
  • Your family will not be returning for the new school year; you are choosing to discontinue enrollment at KCS. Note: if you have a child graduating, you do not need to contact us as their completion at KCS has been recorded.

3 . Contact the Front Office at [email protected] if your family information is changing:

  • Home, work and mobile telephone numbers
  • Name changes to parent/guardian or student
  • Marital status change - custody agreement updates
  • Church Attending
  • Medical Information and/or Emergency Contacts:

  • Emergency contacts
  • Family doctor
  • Bank Information:
  • Financial institution and/or bank accounts
  • Credit Card number or renewal card expiry date
  • If your banking information has changed please fill out the form(s) below and send them to the school office.
  • KCS Credit Card Payment Form 
  • KCS Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement
Note: for those with 2024 graduates, we have recorded their completion at KCS and you do not need to inform us of their enrollment status

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
To avoid the collection of enrollment fees and withdrawal penalties, families are required to dis-enroll or "Opt-OUT" of Continuous Enrollment by:

January 31, 2024 - prior to collection of the annual Enrollment Fee.
June 15, 2024 - prior to the collection of 2024-2025 Tuition & Fees on July 1st.

* Enrollment Opens for Preschool-Grade 12 at 9 am
 
JANUARY 31:
* Deadline to Opt-OUT (Dis-Enroll) before collection of $100 Enrollment Fee
* Deadline to complete Parental Consent & Agreement Forms before the automatic collection $100 late fee is applied. 
 
FEBRUARY 15:
* Automated Collection of the $100 Enrollment Fee
 
MAY 1:
* Deadline to apply for Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST)
 
JUNE 1:
* Confirmations delivered to FAST applicants
 
JUNE 15:
* Final Deadline to Opt-OUT (Dis-Enroll) to avoid withdrawal penalties and collection of both July & August 2024-2025 Monthly Tuition
 
JULY 1:
* Annual Tuition due; monthly Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments begin
