Take Advantage of the County Buyers Mart

Thursday, April 25 from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Friday, April 27 from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Interact with exhibitors that offer products and services to counties during the County Buyers Mart. Prepare for the County Buyers Mart by making a list of your county's needs before heading to Chatham County.

Enjoy lunch provided by the County Agents' Farmhouse on Friday afternoon!

The County Agents’ Farmhouse is an ACCG Annual Conference favorite. Located in the middle of the County Buyers Mart Floor, the Farmhouse will feature foods grown or produced in Georgia.

Celebrate County Leaders at the Saturday Night Gala!

Saturday, April 27 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

ACCG is rolling out the red carpet for the Saturday Night Gala. Put on your best semi-formal or formal attire to enjoy an evening of networking with other conference attendees as you listen to live music, hit the dance floor, and celebrate the ACCG Leadership Award winners along with the Lifelong Learning Academy (LLA) graduates.

Attend Engaging and Informative Educational Sessions

Friday, April 26, from 2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This year's conference will feature engaging off-site and on-site educational sessions. Stay on-site for informative sessions on hot topics such as mental health funding and opioid settlements or board a trolly to tour the Chatham County Behavioral Health Crisis Center or The Cove at Dundee, a tiny home community for veterans.

Attend the Inspirational Brunch Before Heading Back Home

Sunday, April 28 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

The Sunday Inspirational Service is being transformed into an Inspirational Brunch and will serve as the concluding conference event. Enjoy breakfast and listen to a live jazz performance prior to receiving an inspirational word, all while taking in views of the Savannah River. The message will be led by McDuffie County Commissioner Fred Favors.

Important Notice: Increased Capacity for LLA Classes

ACCG staff members are aware of the challenges presented over the past few weeks concerning sold-out Lifelong Learning Academy (LLA) classes at the 2024 ACCG Annual Conference. We have diligently analyzed the situation from all angles and discussed the situation with our partners at the University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute of Government and with staff at the Savannah Convention Center.

To help address this issue ACCG has increased the capacity for all classes. We have added a total of 85 seats to the 12 classes offered on Thursday, April 25, and a total of 130 seats for the 12 classes offered on Saturday, April 27.

If you would like to add a class or modify your current LLA class schedule, please reach out to your County Clerk or county staff member who handles ACCG event registration for assistance.
