Attend Concurrent Education Sessions

Friday, April 26 from 2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This year's conference will feature engaging on-site and off-site educational sessions. Attendees will have the option to choose between two off-site concurrent educational sessions and three on-site offerings on Friday afternoon. Those who wish to learn how Chatham County is tackling mental health may visit the Gateway Behavioral Health Crisis Center, while those interested in how the County tackles homelessness may visit The Cove at Dundee, a tiny home community for veterans. Registration is required for both off-site options and space is limited. More details on session registration will be available soon.

Join issue experts, state leaders, and county officials as they share their professional expertise and first-hand experiences during the on-site concurrent educational sessions. Session topics include:

  • Counties, Mental Health, and the Georgia Opioid Settlement Advisory Council
  • Cybersecurity
  • County Success Under the Gold Dome

Take advantage of off-site sessions to learn how you can replicate the programs in your county or engage with issue leaders during on-site programming. No matter the selected option, county officials will have the opportunity to leverage the collective knowledge of other leaders.
