Welcome 2024 Alumni Weekend Exhibitors!
Thank you so much for supporting Alumni Weekend! We are looking forward to your company's exhibit as part of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Alumni Weekend at the Hyatt Regency Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham.
Please forward this email to the onsite rep who will be attending Alumni Weekend.
Exhibitor check-in and setup is Thursday, Feb. 1 from 3:00-7:00pm on the second level of the hotel. You may also setup Friday morning, Feb. 2, before 8:00am. There will be signage directing you to the Exhibitor Check-In area and a volunteer will be there to help.
Your standard booth setup will consist of a draped back wall with side rail, 6-foot table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and an identification sign.
For electrical needs, A/V or Wi-Fi connections, please click here and complete this form. Encore is the hotel's A/V company and Daniel.Conner@encoreglobal.com is our contact with them. Please direct any A/V questions and/or issues to them.

We will have an exhibitor lounge with breakfast Friday and Saturday mornings 7:00-9:30am. Coffee, water and soft drinks will be available throughout the day. This will be in the Cornwall room on the second level.
Once onsite, if you need a nametag printed that's not in your check-in packet, please go to the first floor lobby level and follow the signs to Onsite Registration.
Just a reminder that no more than three of your company representatives should be working a booth at one time. This is due to space limitations in the exhibit area. You're welcome to rotate reps throughout the day as often as you'd like.
We have scheduled morning and afternoon coffee breaks for meeting attendees in the exhibit area to encourage traffic. We will also have Exhibit Expedition drawings again this year. All meeting attendees will receive an "Explorer Card" upon check in. To participate, they must visit five booths and have their card initialed by a representative of each booth's staff. Completed cards will be eligible for a prize at the Alumni Association President's reception Friday evening.
We are anticipating a great weekend! Please let me know if there's anything I can do for you or if you have any suggestions for future meetings.
