As we do every year, and as prescribed in VM III’s Bylaws, the Board of Directors will hold an annual meeting. The date is Saturday, February 10, 2024. Coffee and morning snacks will be served at 10:00, and the meeting will begin at 11:00. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Several documents are furnished in conjunction with the meeting. Specifically, the:
- Annual Packet
- Board Member Ballot &
- Dues Invoice
Attached to this email, you will find the first two documents. The Dues Invoice will be sent separately.
The 2024 Annual Packet contains the agenda for the meeting and associated documents. Also included is a ballot for the election of four board members. You can download, print, and mail the ballots. Or, if you prefer to vote electronically, you will find a link below.
