EDUCATION SESSION

The State of Private Real Estate Investment

Opportunity and caution collide in the real estate market of today. Hear the perspectives of senior leaders in the private real estate investment industry in a temperature check on the current state of investing in real estate asset classes.

The discussion topics for this panel will include:

  • interest rate highs and valuation lows (and vice versa);
  • shifting attitudes towards private credit financing;
  • how a heightened regulatory environment affects the day-to-day operations of sector participants;
  • challenges and tips for attracting capital in the toughest fundraising market since 2012; and
  • the yays and nays of sector-specific investing.

Bring your questions and share your perspective with colleagues during a networking hour after the program. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served during the registration and networking portions of the evening.
