Hello teams!
The 2024 TYR CCS National Championship is less than two months away, and we couldn’t be more excited about welcoming everyone to the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis! Swimmer registration will open on February 21 and remain open until March 15 or until we hit the cap of 1600 swimmers. Similarly to last year, we encourage swimmers who know they’re planning on attending Nationals to register as soon as possible. Registration will take place on the CCS website, with each individual swimmer having to register themselves. As a reminder, the last day for athlete qualification and the meet submission deadline are March 10. More information can be found in the meet packet. A few more important dates are as follows:
President Confirmation Period Begins: March 18
President Confirmation Period Ends: March 20 at 11:59pm ET
Final Changes USMS/USA IDs Due: March 22 at 11:59pm ET
Following the March 15 athlete entry deadline, a $100 late fee for changes made may apply. Please review the meet packet for details. Also in place is an Invalid Entry Fee of $50 per swimmer per event where entry time is deemed invalid, so please be honest with qualifying times during the registration period.
Spectator Tickets
Spectator tickets will be going on sale March 1, and they will be available until the conclusion of the meet (April 7). Tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster, single day and all session passes will be available for purchase. There will not be an option to buy for a single session on Saturday or Sunday, and children under the age of six will not be charged. We do not anticipate having to limit or halt ticket sales due to capacity concerns.

Hotel Update
The blocks have filled quickly and remaining rooms within the block are limited. Contact information for hotels with remaining rooms within our block can be found here. Those slots are likely to be filled quickly, any teams still needing hotel rooms for the meet are suggested to visit our microsite linked here. This site details available rooms throughout the Indianapolis area and is updated live. We recommend teams who are concerned about their budget reach out to hotels outside of the downtown area for cheaper rates and recommend booking as soon as possible.
Tentative Team Attendance
We would like teams to complete this attendance form. This will give us a better idea of what to expect with planning registration and deck passes. Please complete the form as accurately as you can. We have not yet determined how many deck passes we will disburse, that information will be given to teams after we have reviewed responses.
Event Sponsors
This year we are excited to announce that we are facilitating event sponsorships for interested individuals and families. For a small payment, individuals or families can have their name(s) announced during an event and listed on our scoreboard. If a swimmer or parent on your team would like to sponsor an event, please provide them with this information. Available events will be continuously updated until all are taken. Please see this link for additional details and booking.
Remember to read the meet packet as it will have answers to many of your questions. Since our last email, we have released a new version of the meet packet (Dec 8). Changes are identified in the Revision Log section on the second page.
CCS Town Hall Nationals Meeting
Join us for a Town Hall where the focus will be anything and everything nationals! Register for the meeting and mark your calendars for March 4 at 8PM eastern. Please read over all the meet info and bring any questions you may have. We'll review athlete registration, the president confirmation period, and payment information.
