We are pleased to provide a Boutique at the Holiday Inn and Suites at Convention 2024.

Our intention last year was to set up in the atrium to maximize traffic. What we didn’t take into consideration was the impact it would have on the competitor traffic pattern. Consequently, we had to move the vendors down the corridor past the atrium.

This year, we are relocating Boutique into a meeting room off the atrium and will be providing signage in the hotel, directing shoppers to the Boutique. Better location, shuttle bussing pickup/drop off at the atrium door for improved customer traffic and one stop shop access to all vendors. It’s a win-win for vendors and shoppers alike!

Choruses and quartets are invited to rent a table. If you are a business owner or have a friend who might be interested, please share and consider booking a table. 

Boutique Hours: 

• Set up: Friday April 5: 8:00 a.m. conference room off the atrium
• Hours of Operation: 
• Friday, April 5: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday, April 6: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Load Out:  Saturday, April 6: 9:00 p.m.

Rental Fee: 

• Outside Vendor
• $100 (non-refundable) to accompany your signed contract. 
• Region 16 member with own business
• $75 (non-refundable) to accompany your signed contract.
•  Region 16 choruses and quartets
• $50 

The fee entitles the vendor to:

• One 4ft, draped table
• Access to power (bring own extension cord and power bar)
• Access to hotel Wi-Fi
• Hotel accommodation at the Region 16 contracted rate ($175 plus 21% taxes)

International champion/wildcard choruses and quartets, you are covered and will be contacted directly by the Boutique organizers.
