Honestly, I couldn't be more excited about this cruise...and for so many reasons. Round trip from Athens, Greece is wonderful for us, as it is one of THE most astonishing cities on the planet...perfect as our ‘host city’ with its exhilarating history, iconic sites and multi-cultural modern personality.
Our 2024 voyage represents many new “firsts” for our cruise, starting with our first port of call, Kusadasi, Turkey. We’ll be exploring a stunning ancient city, and home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World - Ephesus!
Next on the list, historic Jerusalem, Israel! Just picture yourself wandering through the Old City to The Western Wall, or just a little further down the road, the opportunity for you to visit the birthplace of Christ - Bethlehem!
Next up is Haifa, Israel--which in itself has an impressive local scene. But more importantly, Haifa is just a short jaunt away from the Mediterranean ‘Capital Of Cool’, Tel Aviv...and the ancient city of Jaffa!
And just when you thought retracing the steps of history couldn't get any more exciting, we thought you might like to stop by the world's most famous attraction - The Pyramids of Giza! These ancient tombs of kings, guarded by the serene Sphinx, have wowed spectators for centuries--and WE are going there together! We've also secured an 11:00pm sailing time in Cairo, so you'll have all day to enjoy this unparalleled experience.
Now…due to this bespoke itinerary for our 2024 sailing, our partners at Holland America were only able to secure our ship, the ms Oosterdam for TWO WEEKS, meaning our 2024 programs will be TWO VOYAGES ONLY. There will not be a third sailing of this itinerary…so if this voyage is one that you don't want to miss, we suggest you be prepared as possible for our on-sale date.
BOTH weeks of the 2024 Dave Koz Cruise will go on sale Tuesday, January 10th, 2023 at 9am PST to you, our preferred guests. As a loyal past cruiser, you will have two days to potentially secure a cabin before this cruise goes on sale to the general public, Thursday, January 12th. All cabins will be sold exclusively online.
