Please be sure to submit all supporting documents, affidavits and additional state/ federal licenses when uploading any application.

Upload a completed and signed application to prevent any delays in processing.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Customer Portal Renewal Instructions

Business license renewal applications must be completed using the online customer portal.

In an effort to increase transparency and to streamline applications more efficiently, all applications are required to be submitted online.

In-person, mailed or emailed applications cannot be processed.

Accessing Your Business License Account

It is important to have a current email address on file with your business license account. Technology has been incorporated into our business practices to improve outreach and correspondence, as well as to keep our business owners informed.

Business License Payments

Remit business license payments through the customer portal after the invoice has been received via email.

Once payment has been completed, please email your assigned technician to expedite the license issuance.
