GRAD FAIR

The CSU Pueblo Grad Fair is scheduled for March 12th and 13th, 9 a.m. to

5 p.m. in the Occhiato Student Center Lobby. Stop by anytime to purchase your cap and gown, announcements, class rings, and other memorabilia.

At the Grad Fair you will reserve your seat to participate in the ceremony on May 11th as well as your guest tickets.

SATELLITE CAMPUS AND ONLINE STUDENTS can purchase regalia online starting March 14th on the bookstore website and reserve their seat at www.csupuebloevents.com.

Important Information

Grad Packet Pickup

You must pickup your grad packet on May 10th or 11th. Packets will not be available on Commencement day and you will not be able to access stadium parking and staging without it. Packets contain your required parking pass, staging corral assignment, name reader card, and academic cords.

Diplomas/ Diploma Covers

Diplomas will be mailed to graduates approximately ten to twelve weeks after the end of the term in which the degree is conferred.
The student's diploma and transcript will note official honors awarded based on the final grade point average and hours earned in residence.
If you do not participate in an in-person ceremony, you may pick up a diploma cover from the Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations Office (Admin 320)

Honors Levels and Requirements

Summa Cum Laude- minimum cumulative GPA of 3.900
Magna Cum Laude- minimum cumulative GPA of 3.750
Cum Laude- minimum cumulative GPA of 3.500

Regalia (Cap and Gown)

Academic regalia must be purchased from the CSU Pueblo Bookstore. Graduates will be able to purchase their regalia and take it with them at the Grad Fair. Announcements, photos, and other merchandise can also be purchased at the Grad Fair.

Is your family part of the legacy of outstanding education at Colorado State University Pueblo? The CSU Pueblo Alumni Association wants to celebrate that Legacy! If your parent or grandparent attended Colorado State University Pueblo (CSU Pueblo), University of Southern Colorado (USC), Southern Colorado State College (SCSC), Southern Colorado Junior College (SCJC) or Pueblo Junior College (PJC), then, in celebration of this Legacy, you are eligible to receive a Legacy Cord to wear proudly at Commencement on Saturday, May 11th.

Stop by the Alumni booth at the Grad Fair to update your contact information so we can stay in touch after commencement. There is no fee to join the Alumni Association and we want to stay in touch to keep you informed about CSU Pueblo events, initiatives, and programs.

Join us after Commencement to celebrate your achievements! Campus will be open with live music, free food, photo opportunities, and campus tours. The party starts after the ceremony at the Occhiato Student Center Patio and wraps up at 3 p.m.
