Greetings,
You are invited to join us at the 14th Edition of the Institute for Rental Housing Studies (IRHS) February 26 - 29, 2024 in Park City, UT.
At the IRHS, plan on plenty of outdoor activity coupled with thought-provoking meetings and multiple opportunities to collaborate, share ideas and socialize with your colleagues. The IRHS provides participants with an unparalleled setting allowing relaxed peer-to-peer exchanges and networking opportunities with other multifamily executives.
-- As always there is no cost to participate in all
scheduled meetings, receptions and meals at the IRHS.
-- Participants are responsible for all travel costs
to and from Park City, lodging expenses,
on-mountain expenses, as well as any equipment rental costs.
-- Participants are also responsible for
purchasing their own lift tickets if they
plan on skiing/boarding during the event.
So buy an Epic Pass if you plan on skiing/boarding as they are still relatively cheap. A 3 day pass good for Park City (and lots of other resorts) is currently $301.
And after December 1 the Epic Pass is no longer offered for sale leaving you at the mercy of the walk up rate which was $196/day last year. So don't delay.
As a final note I am not planning a day at Deer Valley. Last year a one day lift ticket with taxes was $242/day. Ummm...no thanks.
