The calendar may say July, but opportunities to promote your community, attraction, or tourism-based business for the upcoming year have started in earnest.

First, please consider advertising in our annual Holiday Guide. Published in three languages, it is one of the primary tools we use to promote you to the travel trade and potential travelers in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. 

(Please note that CRUSA is pausing all of its China marketing for the foreseeable future, and won't be publishing a Chinese guide. Instead, we will be printing additional copies of our other language guides.)

Additionally, our 2nd annual Global Travel Exchange (GTE) will be held in Annapolis September 18-20. Meet with over 30 European tour operators and US-based receptive tour operators and learn more about international marketing. The deadline to register is August 18, but we still have some spaces left.

Overseas visitation is back and international travelers are eager to visit the United States. Keep your destination top of mind as these travelers are planning their American holidays by participating in CRUSA’s 2024 International Marketing Program.

CRUSA's overseas offices promote the region, train travel agents, and fulfill requests for information. Their primary tool for doing all this? The Capital Region USA Holiday Guide produced by Miles Partnership.

Produced in three languages (English, French, and German), the holiday guide is packed with travel tips, itinerary suggestions, and compelling stories and photography.

The guide will be released in market winter 2024 inspiring travelers to pick the Capital Region for their 2024-2025 vacations.

In addition to the holiday guide, CRUSA’s Marketing Program includes website ads, consumer newsletter features, and social media coverage.

Be sure to budget for this key market segment of overseas travelers who stay longer and spend more money!

Capital Region USA's annual marketplace connects the region's travel suppliers, overseas buyers, and receptive operators in face-to-face appointments, regional familiarization tours, and engaging networking events.

Cost: $1295 for first attendee; $795 for second attendee
