For the ninth year running, CMS has increased the maximum broker commissions for both Medicare Advantage and Part D initial enrollments and continued the growth of maximum Medicare broker commissions for 2024 renewals.

On June 21, 2023, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the agent and broker compensation rates for Contract Year 2024.
