The competition season for Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) students kicked off in Dallas on May 10 and made its way to Miami on May 15! The series of regional competitions will continue across the U.S., culminating on June 18 in Philadelphia.
RSVP now to attend upcoming regional competitions in person and show your support for local students vying for seed capital to turn their business dreams into reality.
Meet the first-place winners from the South and Southeast regions:
- Lodias Martinet from Grand Prairie School for the Highly Gifted in Grand Prairie, Texas, with his business idea Style Selector, an app that generates outfits for those who don’t know what to wear.
- Morgan Shepperd from Stephenson High School in Dekalb County, Georgia, with her business idea MathYourWay, which provides personalized tutoring services to students who need additional assistance in advancing their mathematics knowledge.
These students have set themselves apart with their innovative business ideas. They will get the chance to present these ideas at the national finals in New York on Oct. 10, vying for the National Champion title along with cash prizes!
