The NECA Eastern Region Conference will be held at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas from March 6-9. We wanted to share a few things to help you plan for a successful and safe trip.

Airport Transfers

The easiest and safest way to get to Atlantis from Nassau Airport is pre-booking a shuttle service through the Atlantis website. You can click here to reserve transportation.

Taxi service is also available.

NECA Conference Schedule

The Eastern region conference will consist of three half day meetings beginning at 8:00am. Breakfast will be served from 7:00-8:00 am in the Grand Ballroom AB.

Chapter Dinner-Graycliff Restaurant

This year’s Chapter Dinner will be taking place at the historic Graycliff Restaurant in Nassau on March 7. The cocktail reception will begin at 6:00 pm with dinner to begin around 7:00pm. We will be joined by our counterparts from Long Island and the Penn-Del-Jersey Chapters of NECA.There is a dress code for the Graycliff of no shorts, jeans or flip flops.

Please be advised that we have moved the dinner to an earlier time than usual to be mindful of the travel advisory issued for the Bahamas. Direct round trip transfers from the Atlantis Resort to the Graycliff have been arranged for your convivence. The Graycliff Restaurant is not located in the affected areas.
