URGENT: CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT

In our October 2023 and March 2024 newsletter, we informed you about new regulations that arose from the Corporate Transparency Act. Additionally, a willful failure to file a report or a willful filing of false information may result in up to two years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $10,000.

6 Ways An Elder Law Attorney Can

Help You or a Loved One

Therefore, elder law has become increasingly important in dealing with the issues that affect our growing aging population.
