Keynote Speaker Update: Welcome, Danielle Adams-Wiltshire!

Taylor Scott tore his Achilles tendon and can't travel from Las Vegas. Fortunately, Danielle works with Taylor and is available to take his place! She is well-versed in sharing the message of Leading with Hospitality with audiences all over the country. Of special note, one of her largest repeat customers is United Airlines.

PBA Scholarship Program Presentation

The PBA Scholarship initiative started in 2023, and we officially launched the program on January 1, 2024. We are thrilled to reveal our inaugural scholarship recipients at the Conference's Opening Session, Tuesday morning.

Women in Buses Council (WIB)

WIB council members are gathering after the Kick-The-Tires Happy Hour Tuesday at the Ithaca Social Pub and Grille (inside the Hotel Ithaca). You are welcome to attend, bring your business card! Tuesday is also Dine Around Night, so you can continue the conversation and fun after the meet-up.

Conference Registration Booth

Opens Monday morning, June 17! Your registration packet will include your name badge, our conference program book full of information and sponsor ads, mini-pocket schedule, Sales Retreat and Industry Expo participant listing. Also, we have a copy of Taylor Scott's book Lead with Hospitality for you!

The Visit Ithaca team will be at registration to handout bags and other information.

We have plenty of networking opportunities for you! Networking events include the Opening Reception and late-night Hospitality Suite; the Kick-the-Tires Happy Hour and the Dine-Around, and of course, the Closing Evening Event.

Sales Retreat Sessions

All travel suppliers participating in the Sales Retreat will be contacted via email to advise which session you are participating in. Of course, the Bus Operator/Tour Planners will have tables at both sessions and look forward to meeting with you!

Industry Expo

As last year, all Associates participating in the Industry Expo will be visiting with the Bus Operator/Tour Planners at their tables vs. Associate's having a table.

Door Prizes

Door prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the Sales Retreat and at the conclusion of the Industry Expo.

General Membership Meeting

Important PBA Membership business is done at this session. The Board of Directors' slate of candidates and a proposed bylaw change will be voted on during this meeting.

Roundtable Discussions

We have two roundtable discussions scheduled. The Travel Supplier Roundtable for destinations, attractions, DMO/CVB's etc. will be facilitated by PBA Board Members, Nicole Boyer from Mount Hope Estate & Winery and the Associate Roundtable for suppliers to the industry will be facilitated by Tony Mongiovi, of TEMSA.
