Please Review the 2024 Annual Dues Payment Policy: 

• Annual REALTOR® Dues must be paid online no later than DECEMBER 31, 2023.

• Annual dues must be paid online. To pay, log in to your Member Dashboard at www.gcarealtors.com. Online payment is accepted with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or TeleCheck.

• Membership inactivations must be received by December 31. To inactive members, Brokers should send a License Status Change Form to [email protected] before December 31 to avoid owing the full REALTOR® dues for 2024. On January 1st the Designated Brokers are responsible for paying the full unpaid 2024 dues for any member still showing active under their office with the MREC.

• LATE FEE POLICY: To avoid a late fee, dues must be paid no later than December 31st. On January 1st, a $100.00 late fee will be applied. On February 1st, if any dues and fees remain unpaid for an office, the Designated REALTOR® is terminated along with all agents in their entire office. 

• Membership Dues are non-refundable.

Note: Each member should refer to their own individual company policy, as their Broker may require payment of dues prior to December 31st.
