We are on the road to Regional Convention 2024! Convention dates are April 4 – 7, 2024 and will again be held in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Click on the image to the right to download the 2024 Convention Handbook. Please read it carefully and ensure your competing quartets receive a copy! Feel free to share with all your members, as it is great information for everyone to have. Let us know if you have any questions!
Most forms are ready and can be accessed under Events > Convention on the Region 16 website. The photography forms are not ready yet, as we are in the process of finding a new photographer. We will send another eBlast out once new forms have been added. You are encouraged to visit the Convention tab on the website frequently. Clicking on the red titles at the top will bring you to the appropriate section. Live documents can be accessed by clicking on the document name.
Important Deadlines
Sweet Adelines International will be opening registration on December 22, 2023. All Regional deadlines are set for February 1, 2024, in order for us to meet our contractual deadlines with the hotels. Please feel free to use forms 10_Registration List Work Sheet and 11_Rooming List Work Sheet to start gathering your information. Note that these are not to be submitted – they are working tools, and it is up to you whether you use them or not. As with all forms, the 2024 MASTER-Housing and Registration File spreadsheet is due by February 1, 2024. We’ve created a NEW change and addition form for any changes to the 2024 MASTER-Housing and Registration file after it has been submitted. Please use form 16_Change and Addition Form when requesting changes after February 1, 2024. We encourage you to make all changes at once, as there is a $40 CAD administrative fee for every time the 16-Change and Addition Form is received.
Intention to Compete
Choruses and quartets, please take a moment to complete the Pre-Competition Survey at the appropriate link below. Please note that this is for planning purposes only and does NOT commit you to competition! Official registration forms will come directly from Sweet Adelines International early in the new year! The Google Form survey also has chorus and quartet contact information so it is very important for you to complete, as it will ensure our information is complete. You don’t want to miss any of our communiqués!!

- Name, email and cell phone number of your Chorus Competition Liaison (CCL).
- Same contact information for your alternate CCL if one has been appointed.
- Changes in email and/or cell phone number of your President/Team Coordinator.
- Ask your Quartets to contact us with their information – member names and voice parts; email and cell phone number of their contact person.
