The holiday season is in full swing at River Landing. Our Christmas Tree Lighting, the annual Holiday Gala, and the many beautiful homes decked out in all their Christmas glory are just a few of the things that make this time of year so special. On behalf of the River Landing Property Owners Association (POA), thank you for helping to make this such a wonderful community.
It is the job of the POA to help ensure that River Landing remains a beautiful and desirable place to call home. The Association is responsible for maintaining and repairing all the common elements, as well as providing operational services to the community. The cost is covered through an annual assessment to the property owners which is due at the beginning of the calendar year, according to the protective covenants.
For 2024, The POA Board of Directors (Board) has approved a 3% increase in the annual dues. This translates to $51 more per year for improved properties and $39 more per year for unimproved properties. These minimal increases will help the POA fund a much-needed upgrade to the current gate system, bringing exciting new technology to our access control operations. It also allows the Association to contribute to capital and operational reserves, preparing for both the future and for unexpected current expenses. In addition, this increase will help the POA address the continued rising costs of goods and services. These rates only apply to the POA. The River Landing Sports Club is a separate entity and information about Club dues are communicated separately.

The 2024 budget and overall performance from 2023 will be available in early 2024 upon completion of year-end financial statements. Prior budget history is available on the Association website, www.riverlandingpoa.com.
