Three items to share with you…all with regards to the 2024 SID Annual Meeting.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

First, we are pleased to announce the opening of the 2024 SID Annual Meeting Abstract Submission website! As in years past, the SID has partnered with the ScholarOne platform to provide an easy and robust submission process.

The 2024 SID Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 15-18 in Dallas, TX. This outstanding four-day program will feature cutting edge science, and many opportunities to re-connect with the SID community.

HOTEL REGISTRATION:

Second, hotel registration for the Annual Meeting is also now open. The headquarter hotel and venue for the 2024 SID Annual Meeting is the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. Located just a few minutes away from downtown Dallas, the Hilton Anatole is a Texas-sized event space that meets with a resort pool.

Please consider staying at the Hilton Anatole property. Doing so allows the SID to meet contractual obligations with the hotel and keeps you in the same building as the meeting.

MEETING REGISTRATION:

Third, meeting registration for the 2024 Conference will soon be open. We are pleased to share that the Social Event (in the past a separate ticketed option) will now be included in the meeting registration price and all attendees are welcome to participate.
