I know it’s early in the Spring, but it is time to start thinking about summer camp! If you have a school-age child, then this letter is for you! We have some exciting activities planned for our campers and we’re looking forward to all the fun and thrills that come with summer break! As with previous summers, your camper will enjoy a variety of field days, field trips, special visitors and classroom activities, which will include grade-appropriate reading and math assignments to prevent summer learning loss.
It’s always my goal to serve my loyal Goddard Families first before opening enrollment to new families. Included is a draft copy of our 2024 summer camp schedule. As with any best laid plans, things will need to be tweaked and adjusted as we get closer to summer kick-off. Many of our field trip vendors aren’t ready to take reservations yet, so we’ll just have to adjust our schedule as we fill in our details. However, I do want you to start thinking about summer camp, give you a sneak peak at all the fun activities we have planned and offer you an incentive to get signed up early.
Priority Registration will be for families that need all summer care and General Registration will be for families that only need a few weeks throughout the summer. Priority registration is open now and will be open until March 22nd for currently enrolled families. Families committing to at least 9 of the 11 weeks of summer will receive priority access to the summer camp schedule. The weekly rate for priority access is $300 and will include all the activities and field trips you’ve become accustomed to in The Goddard School program.
General registration will open March 25th. Families needing less than 9 weeks of camp will be able to choose based on the availability I have after Priority Registration. The rate for General Registration is $335 per week and will include all the activities and field trips for the selected weeks.
Attached is our 2024 summer calendar and enrollment form. Please complete the Enrollment Agreement if you have a school age child you want to enroll for summer camp!
