From the Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement Project: The 2024 GeauxPass toll rates for the new Belle Chasse Bridge currently under construction have been released.
Tolls will be collected in each direction by an electronic tolling system that will allow non-stop driving and reduce traffic congestion. Toll collection will begin once the bridge is fully constructed, expected to be Spring 2024.
The toll for local Plaquemines Parish vehicles with a GeauxPass is $0.25. The toll for non-local Class 1 vehicles with a GeauxPass is $1.10 and those without a GeauxPass will have a $2.20 toll.
The toll for Class 2 vehicles with a GeauxPass is $3.66 and those without a GeauxPass will pay $4.76. The toll for Class 3 vehicles with a GeauxPass is $7.33, and the toll for large trucks without a GeauxPass is $8.42.
All rate categories are subject to an annual increase by CPI except the Plaquemines Parish Resident rate.
