WHCA is beginning to plan for our Winter Conference, offered virtually, January 30-February 1, 2024, and we are now accepting proposals.

The WHCA Winter Conference is intended to update providers about current state and federal regulatory compliance issues that impact provider operations. We are seeking subject matter experts who understand Washington State skilled nursing and assisted living regulations, and who have knowledge and expertise that will help providers comply with the myriad of regulatory agencies with oversight and engagement in long term care. Areas of focus include:

This virtual conference will feature sessions throughout the three-day schedule, and continuing education units will be offered to participants.

The deadline to submit is Friday, December 1, 2023. Once all proposals are reviewed, selections will be made, and we will notify presenters of selections so we can complete the conference schedule by Friday, December 15, 2023. We will let you know at that time if we will be adding your proposal to the agenda.
