As the year-end process comes to a close we want to share a few tax time reminders!

Income Taxes

Upon completion of your business income tax return, please send us a copy and we will ensure your financials are ready for next year!



Payroll Taxes

If Bell Solutions processes your payroll:

All of your 2024 payroll tax returns have been processed.

All W2s have been mailed to your employees.

W2s are also available in your year-end packet and

employees can view them from their Workforce account.

1099 Taxes

If you signed up for Bell Solutions to process your 1099s:

All *eligible 2024 1099 forms have been filed.

1099s have been mailed to your contractors.

1099s are also available in your year-end packet.

*W9s, statements, and supporting documentation is required for 1099 processing.

Year End Packets

Everything needed for your business income tax filing is available in your year-end packet and delivered to your tax preparer, along with QuickBooks access.

As always, all supporting documentation, tax filings, and financial reporting is maintained in your QuickBooks Online for tax and audit readiness!

Why don't I have a year-end packet?

Financial must be verified and reconciled for the 2024 tax year in order to prepare a year-end packet. We guarantee that your packet will be sent no later than February 15th, based on the information received through February 5th.

Good news! By providing your weekly and monthly documentation, you will always have your year-end packet in January!

What if you can't prepare financials for me?

If information is not available to prepare reasonable financials, your QuickBooks Online will be ready for your tax preparer with the information received through February 5th, in lieu of a year-end packet.

What if I am in Accounting Services?

If you're not eligible for CFO Services and were downgraded to Accounting Services, then the information that has been provided will be available in your QuickBooks Online by February 15th.



To receive a year-end packet (and ensure your business is audit ready) please supply your 2024 statements, income reports, supporting documentation, and/or other requested information by February 5th.
