The Wine

Sourced from the historic parcels of the Gonet family in Mesnil-sur-Oger, this Blanc de Blancs is crafted with precision and a deep sense of terroir. The grapes hail from chalk-rich soils in the Côte des Blancs, known for producing Champagne of razor-sharp minerality and elegant finesse. The wine is vinified with minimal intervention, aged extensively on lees, and finished as Brut Nature (zero dosage) to allow the vineyard’s identity to shine.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale gold in the glass, the nose reveals fresh lemon peel, green apple skin, subtle brioche and chalky sea-shell minerality. On the palate: finely perling bubbles, crisp acidity, a lean yet layered texture with citrus core, saline finish and lingering notes of toasted almond and wet limestone.
