LIFE GIVING SPRING --- Fri, April. 25
Join Fr. Ciprian as he travels to these celebrations on the grounds of St. Iakovos Retreat Center at 920 224th Ave, Kansasville, WI (home of Fanari Summer Camp) & also the mini-pilgrimage that will follow. Speak to Fr. Ciprian or Elias if interested (we will be carpooling).
- 9:00am – Hierarchal Matins & Divine Liturgy at Life-Giving Spring Chapel @ Retreat Center
- 12:00pm Reception will follow at the Retreat Center, but Reservations are Needed ASAP; Speak to father or email eliaspagones@annunciationwi.org
- 1:00pm – Visit (mini-pilgrimage) to nearby monastery or monasteries to venerate relics.
IOCC Tailgate event --- Sat, May 3 --- Vespers at Annunciation begin at 5:00 pm and the program begins at 6:00 pm in the Grand Hall. SPRING PARISH ASSEMBLY --- Sun, May 4, after Coffee Social, about 11:30am
Stewardship giving statements were emailed on April 18, documenting 2025 Quarter 1 Stewardship giving from onrealm.org. If you did not find your email, please check your Spam folder. To be eligible to vote, you need to have given 25% of your 2025 pledge by the time of the Assembly. Contributions towards stewardship without a 2025 Pledge Form does not meet the qualification for voting privileges.
DAUGHTERS OF PENELOPE CRAZY HAT LUNCHEON --- Sat, May 10
11:00am at the Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee --- Put on your most eye-catching hat and join us for cocktails at 11 am. Lunch at 12 noon. Dr. Ellen Censky, President and CEO of the Milwaukee Public Museum will share insights into the Wisconsin Wonders campaign, for the transformation of our natural history museum. CHURCH OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR --- We are delighted to share the wonderful news that Renee Preis will be joining us as our new Church Office Administrator. Renee will begin her full-time assignment after Holy Pascha; please note that the church office will be closed on Bright Monday, April 21. We welcome Renee warmly as we offer our many thanks and gratitude to Sarah Kojis, who has served our parish faithfully and devotedly for 5.5 years as our full-time Office Administrator. Beginning Monday, April 14, Sarah will remain as our part-time Financial Admin.

STEWARDSHIP --- As of April 17, 2025, we have received 191 Stewardship Pledges totaling $285,919.80. To date, we received $126,418.79 from Pledged Households and $41,808.23 from non-pledged households and donors.
With your help, we can prayerfully reach our goal of $450,000.
If you haven’t already done so, please submit your 2025 Pledge form ASAP, so we reach our goal of 400+ Pledged Households before summer. The 2025 Stewardship Pledge Form is available in the Office, in each Koinonia edition, and you can also submit your pledge form ONLINE on our website www.annunciationwi.org. Remember, if you give monthly via PayPal or our online portal, you still need to submit a pledge form every year.
Thank you to all who have submitted your 2025 Stewardship Pledge form and have begun your giving plan. May our proportional offering of personal time, talents, and treasure always be generous, fruitful, and blessed.

+++ BEYOND OUR PARISH
AHEPA Scholarship Program and Awards --- Tues, April 29, 6:00pm
The awards presentation will be made at the Annunciation Cultural Center. This is a FREE event, and light treats and dessert will be served. All are invited to attend and celebrate our graduating High School students who are being recognized by Milwaukee AHEPA Chapter 43. The AHEPA Milwaukee Scholarship Foundation has provided more than $775,000 to outstanding high school graduates since 1959, thanks to the generosity of its supporters.
