ATTENTION: ACCESS TO CHURCH --- Please be careful when you approach the ramp this Sunday, as there is a small area of gravel only (no cement) right before the ramp to enter the church. Just be sure to say a little thank you prayer for all the visible progress on the front steps and plaza area between steps and water fountain.
Greek Fest Thank You! Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and volunteered at Greek Fest last weekend. As our parish's largest annual fundraiser it takes everyone to volunteer their time and talent to this major undertaking. Every corner of the festival was filled with hard work, smiling faces and guests who had a wonderful experience. Thank you to all of our tent leaders who helped make this an efficient set up and tear down process this year. While we are working on final financials, we are pleased to report that we have made a significant jump in gross revenue from last year's unfortunate weather impact. Collectively, we raised more than $300,000 in 3 days! A credit to you, our parishioners and to the greater community for their support. THANK YOU!

STEWARDSHIP --- As of Thursday, June 5, 2025, we have received 226 Stewardship Pledges totaling $342,904.80. To date, we received $206,802.68 from Pledged Households and $35,298.25 from non-pledged households and donors. Help us reach our goal of $450,000. If you haven’t already done so, please submit your 2025 Pledge form ASAP, so we reach our goal of 400+ Pledged Households before summer. The 2025 Stewardship Pledge Form is available in the Office, in each Koinonia edition, and you can also submit your pledge form ONLINE on our website www.annunciationwi.org.
Special Parish Assembly --- On June 8th, we gathered as a parish family to tend to our acceptance into the Save America's Treasures Grant and how to leverage the funds available to Annunciation. Under the leadership of Maria Pandazi, Annunciation has been accepted into this program which matches up to $750,000 in funds for designated stabilization projects. After unanimous Parish Council approval, our Parish Assembly also unanimously approved proceeding with Phase 3 of our Stabilization Project to address critical interior and exterior projects within the Church. There will be more coming in the form of an official Capital Campaign launch in the coming month, so please stay tuned! Our mission is to raise $400,000 to supplement money on hand for these projects and a portion of our savings to fully fund and take advantage of the Save America's Treasures Grant. KIMISSIS 60TH ANNUAL GREEK FEST --- Support our sister parish and celebrate! Join Kimissis tis Theotokou for their annual Greek Fest with food, friends, and fun. Their festival runs June 27th from 5pm – 9pm, June 28th from 12pm – 9pm, and June 29th from 12pm – 7pm.
