Dear PGA WEST Residential Association Homeowners,
The PGA WEST Res I is pleased to announce that PWLC II has been selected as our new landscaping contractor for the 2025/2026 contract year.
It had been three years since bids were last solicited for landscaping. Sunshine has been providing landscape services to Res I for the past 16 years. The Association completed a formal bidding process for the 2025/2026 Landscape Maintenance Contract and received bids from eight Companies (including Sunshine). The Board of Directors, the Landscape Committee, and Management would like to sincerely thank Sunshine Landscape for sixteen years of service and wish them success in their future endeavors.
The Board is excited and optimistic about our new landscaping partner and fully expects to continue improving the look and feel of the Community. Sunshine Landscape will continue through August 28, 2025. PWLC II is scheduled to begin service on September 2, 2025. Management is working closely with both contractors to facilitate a smooth transition, and we do not expect any interruption in service. Both companies are onboard with a cooperative approach to transition; however, we almost certainly will experience a few bumps in the road along the way. Please utilize the work order process to alert the HOA to any problems or issues that might catch your eye during the changeover.
The Association will be scheduling two Member Forum meetings (in person and on Zoom) in order to address any Homeowners concerns and to provide updated information about the change. Homeowners will have an opportunity to ask questions or provide comments regarding the change. PWLC II’s owner and key staff members who will be servicing PGA WEST Residential Association as well as Res I Management will be in attendance. We will provide the dates and times for these meetings soon.
