Player Registration
For each player, please be prepared to enter the following information:
- Full legal name, address, phone number, date of birth
- Unique player email and separate unique parent email
- Graduation year, primary position, and jersey number
In addition, the following documents must be uploaded:
- A copy of the player’s birth certificate or passport (under 2MB; translated if needed)
- The US Club Soccer Form #R002
- A clear headshot (ideally 250x250 pixels, showing only shoulders and above)
For players who will be 18 or older on or before July 31, 2026, SafeSport training is required and must be completed via their athlete one profile. These players must also be reviewed against the Sex Offender Registry (SOR)-Adverse Eligibility Lists, with certification submitted by a club admin.
PLEASE NOTE: You’ll be able to begin player registration once your team has been accepted into its respective ECNL conference or league. Please review the 2025/26 Team Registration email we sent on May 22nd, 2025.
