2025 VESTRY

Dear Friends:

You are invited to participate in St John’s Annual Vestry Meeting this Sunday, February 23, following the 10:15 service and a special lunch.

This coming Sunday's 10:15 service includes the African Festival celebration of music, dancing and food. It was originally planned for last Sunday but postponed due to the snow storm. We expect the Vestry Meeting will start at approximately 12:30 following the lunch. We would be grateful for a cash donation to help cover the cost of the lunch.

Please see the attached Vestry Circular and Financial Report in preparation for the meeting.

All are welcome to attend and join in the discussion. In order to vote on motions, the Canons of the Diocese require that you first sign a declaration that says you are a regular worshipper at St John's, that you will not vote at any other church's Vestry, and that you provide regular contributions to St John's maintenance. There will be a sheet for you to sign this declaration at the meeting.
