Teams that would like to participate in this event must register and pre-pay online using a debit or credit card. The 2025 Team Captains Vegas Qualifier will be held at 11:00am on Sunday, March 30th, 2025 at The New Green Room Billiards.

We will not be able to accept registrations after the deadline due to preparation of the tournament so please register on-time.

100% of all entry fees ($3200 based upon a full 32 team field) payed back as Travel Assistance to the Winning Team, plus $150 paid entry fee, $50 paid Vegas green fees and Champion trophies! 2nd Place will receive $300 cash ... 3rd-4th Place will receive $150 cash ... 5th-8th will receive $100 cash (based upon full 32-Team Boards)
Doors will open at 10:00am. Check-in will be from 10:00am - 10:30am, with a players meeting being held at 10:45am and play beginning immediately after. Please don't arrive late, this way we can get the Tournament started on-time; it's not fair to those who arrived on-time to wait for late comers. If you arrive after 10:45am your team may not be permitted to play.
Winners will advance to the 2025 APA Team Captain Championship in Las Vegas, August 14th-15th, 2025! Once qualified, players must be on an active APA Summer Session roster.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A maximum of 5 players allowed on roster.
- Teams may choose any 3 of the 5 team members to participate in each match. The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded in any team match cannot exceed 15.
- A player's highest skill level between formats (8-Ball & 9-Ball) must be used towards the 15-Rule. Exception - skill level 8/9s will count as 7s in this tournament.
- Only one player of skill level 6 or higher, sometimes referred to as a senior skill level player, can be fielded.

Players must have at least twenty (20) 8-Ball scores or twenty (20) 9-Ball scores within the last two (2) years by June 30th, 2025. A combination of scores from the two formats is not allowed.
- Players must have completed two (2) sessions as a Team Captain of a standard 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or Ladies team in the 2024/2025 League year (Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Spring 2025) in the area the team represents. Alternate Divisions with 20 or more matches scheduled for play over the course of the division's qualifying year will be considered equivalent to (2) sessions of standard 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or Ladies, thus their Team Captains will be eligible.
- Players must play at least four (4) times in the Spring 2025 Session in the League area the team represents. Matches played can be in either the standard 8-Ball, 9-Ball or Ladies formats.
- You may not register if you have XXX's or $$$'s next to your name.
