How do I pay my invoice?
1.) You can pay online with a VISA or Mastercard in the Member Portal.
2.) You can pay by check. All checks must be postmarked no later than December 15, 2024.
I can't get into the Member Portal, what should I do?
If you cannot access the Member Portal for any reason, call Angelia at 843-525-6435, ext. 102 and she will be happy to assist you.
When is my payment due?
You can pay any time between now and December 15, 2024.
What if I don't pay by December 15, 2024?
A 25% late fee will be applied to your unpaid balance on December 16th. Please note, staff does not have the authority to waive late fees.
