Important Updates

NO HENRY LAW AVENUE


Due to city construction, all of Henry Law Avenue is unavailable this year. This includes any vendor that has previously had a 500-number booth OR have been set-up in Henry Law Park in the food court. We are working with the city to identify any alternative options, but are planning on having roughly 100 fewer booths this year.


If you are a Henry Law Avenue vendor, please indicate on your application where you would like to be placed this year. On the main event page, you can see the map with the booth numbers listed. We will do our best to get you as close to your requested space as possible. Please note: the booth numbers are a loose estimation on location. There may be some shifts as we update our map to match the city streets.

FOOD COURT VENDORS


Due to city construction, we have NO FOOD COURTS for this year's Apple Harvest Day. We are working with the city to identify a new area where we can have food vendors, but are not able to guarantee any booth set-ups for any food court vendors at this time. We encourage anyone who is interested in vending as a food court vendor to apply, so you can be notified if we have a space become available. Please indicate that you are a food court vendor on your application.

Applications Through Eventeny

This year we have changed our database system to Eventeny. In order to apply for Apple Harvest Day you will need to create an account and apply online. This process is a little tricky because we have already created accounts for any vendor that has participated in the past three years.


When logging in you will need to select the forgot password option and reset your password. Then you will be sent a verification email that most likely will go into your Spam/Junk folder.

Additional Eventeny Details

  • Applications are not automatically approved. Given the new fee structure, staff will need to review applications prior to approval. This means you won't be charged for the vendor space until approval. Please give us up to one week to approve your application, before reaching out for an update.
  • Specialty Booth Fee: Anyone looking for a double booth or a corner booth can request a specialty booth by selecting the specialty booth fee ($75). Please note, the $75 fee is in addition to the cost of a booth. This fee will only be applied if approved.
  • Members of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce can get a 20% discount by using the discount code Member2026. Membership status will be reviewed before discount is applied.

Insurance Information

All vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance and name Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce “Additional Insured.” No exceptions! Certificates must show a liability limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence. You can request this addition to your current liability insurance provider or you can use one of the links below to purchase from a third-party provider.


Please make sure we are able to match the Insured Name with the name on the vendor application.
